But now we cannot confim QRV of emergency operation on 3525,7030,7043 and 7075 due to condx.
I will send to Twitter users all over the world the up-dated information on emergency QRV in English, Chinese and Russian.
When you hear such stations as JA1RL, JA3RL, JA7RL, JA8RL and JA0RL(last two letter RL sts) or stations which say "Hijo, Hijo, Hijo" in Japanese instead of "CQ CQ CQ".
I expect the same freqs will be used for emergency operation till the situation improved too.
Today EA PSK Con starts at 1600UTC. I also have plan to participate it.
Freqs over 7030 are used for SSB in JA. Maybe in Europe you will listen to signals from JA on 40m band between 16 and 22UTC. When you find JA sts on emergency QRV, we request you to refrain from QRV at the same freq or near.
Now there are no damages in our Osaka(JA3). But the coastal towns in the northern Japan(JA7) looked like almost hell. There are several cases that one city almost vanished due to Tsunami. I also wish reconstruction earlier!!
