A fiberglass structure can form the basis for a high-performance EME array. Here is how I did it:

The entire support structure (except a Rohn 25 main cross boom) is built from Extren fiberglass tube from Strongwell. Most is 1-1/2” square tube with 1/8” wall. The two larger members are 3” diameter ¼” wall round tube.
The antennas are PA-144-28-9 from Antennas-Amplifiers. LMR600 feedlines exit from the rear of the antenna and are carried by the fiberglass frame that supports the back end of each antenna.

The feedlines converge at two 3-way power dividers then two two-way dividers that connect directly to the T/R relays and LNAs, also mounted at the rear.

Fiberglass is considerably more expensive than aluminum, so be prepared. Shipping costs may shock you.
