Ska man tolka det som att CW contest nu är kosher även ovanför 7025?
Eller ska man tolka det som att CW contest nu är icke önskvärt även under 7025?

Med risk för att bli misstolkad, vill jag gissa att det inte har någon praktisk betydelse.
