The WWII submarine USS Pampanito is docked at Pier 45 near Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco, California. The Pampanito is open to visitors to explore. One area that can be seen is the radio room. Inside this room is a ham radio station which uses the sub's original callsign of NJ6VT
