AATiS team announces RUBIN-5/SAFIR-S activation

There are 2 amateur radio equipped payloads that remain attached to the launch adapter that carried the SSETI mission into space. These are the Mozhayetz-5 (RS-25) and RUBIN-5/SAFIR-S payloads
