Viitasaari Radio Club OH6AAD launches the "Pula-Ilmari V" stratospheric balloon with callsign OH6HAB on Saturday the 5th October 2024 at 0700 UTC from Viitasaari, KP23XE. Sunday the 6th october 2024 at 0700 UTC is reserved as the backup launch time. The balloons payload is a HORUS V2 beacon on 432.303 MHz USB, an APRS beacon on 432.500 MHz FM and an FM transponder with 145.225 MHz input and 434.150 MHz output. The transponder input requires a 67.0Hz CTCSS tone.
