Following the success of the summer Foundation course, the Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society are planning another evening course to start Thursday 12th January. It will be the 12th Foundation course the club has run since the Foundation licence was introduced in 2002. To date, over 100 people have got their Foundation licence as a result of CARS courses
