Ofcom consultative document looks at possible new use for 24 and 77GHz

Another consultative document has been published on the Ofcom website. This one is entitled ‘Notice of Ofcom’s proposal to exempt automotive short range radar users at 79GHz from wireless telegraphy licensing’, and proposes to use 77 - 81GHz for licence-free car radars
